Portfolios & Assessments

WHOO! Portfolio & Assessments made EASY has been updated! SO much has been added to this.   You now have tons more student portfolio covers to choose from, all the dividers have been updated with cute clip art, new skills have been added, progress reports (4 to choose from), and more charts so you can create a NO PREP  assessment binder!  It is now a whopping 285 pages!
Make assessments & portfolios easy and manageable! Just print, assess, record, and file! Perfect for preschool, pre-k, and kindergarten.

I have exciting news for you!  Many of you have been asking me for just my assessments.  I did it for you! I separated out the all assessments to create a NEW product called Just The Assessments!

Here is what is inside Just the Assessments and Portfolios & Assessments Made Easy. FYI Portfolio & Assessments Made EASY has everything Just the Assessments has PLUS everything you need to create student portfolios.
The thing I am the most excited about is the NO PREP assessment binder. YES I said no prep! Everything you need is included and can be kept in the binder.  I LOVE when things are all in one place.

Do you LOVE IT?  I can't wait to use it in a few weeks when we go back to school.  If  you want to use student pages (aka student work samples) to assess students you can do that to!  Student pages are included for each skill.  Here are a few more details about the assessment choices that are included.

Progress Reports are another thing you have been requesting so I put 4 different progress reports in there for you too! The updated the individual student skills sheets too!

I know you are thinking what does Portfolio & Assessments Made EASY have that Just the Assessments doesn't?
It has a few extra assessments (pencil grasp & name sample).  It has a TON of student portfolio covers and EDITABLE teacher data binder covers!
It has 3 kinds of student portfolio dividers! One set is just the learning domains (language, literacy, math, writing, and fine motor).  The next set has more specific learning objectives such as identifies letters and sorting with cute clip art at the bottom.  The last set has specific learning objectives with the developmental sequence.

  1. I'm a preschool teacher in a school setting and I was just wondering if your portfolio and assessments folders go along with the ECIPS? I want to buy both products but I'm also in the Parent Aware process and in order for me to use a different product I need to get it approved by Parent Aware and make sure it has the 6 domains listed or used in it somewhere. Other than that I'm really interested and it looks amazing and less time consuming for me. Thank you in advance for going through all the work of putting this wonderful thing together for us to use!

    1. I am not familiar with ECIPS or Parent Aware. SO sorry about that. You can look the descrition on TPT to see if that helps. https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Preschool-and-Kindergarten-Portfolio-and-Assessments-1351723
